What this site is
Healthy Meal Plate is a health and nutrition information website — articles on food, fitness, prevention and everyday wellbeing — plus two free tools: an adult BMI calculator and a food nutrition checker. See About and How It Works for the full description.
Using the site
There is currently no account system — the site and its free tools are available without signing up for anything. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a harmful rate, or access it in a way not permitted by these terms.
Content and accuracy
Articles are published for general education and are not individualised medical advice — see the Disclaimer and Nutrition Standards for what that means. We do our best to keep information accurate and welcome reports of anything that looks wrong, but we can’t guarantee that every article is free of error at every moment.
Ownership
The site’s design, branding and the tools we build are ours. Article content is published under the terms of our agreement with its provider. Please don’t reproduce substantial parts of this site elsewhere without checking with us first.
